Jim Goes to Japan Ep 4
Sorry for the short video! A lot of the places inside Akihabara don’t allow cameras. However, I hope you get the idea of what it’s about. If you know about Akihabara, then you don’t need me to show you anyway I’m sure.
Also, my free flickr allotment ran out for this month in just a few days. This means I may be changing providers or something so that I can keep bringing you fresh photos from Tokyo. Stay tuned!
Also, keep the comments coming! They make me happy.
Today I head out to Harajuku for some shopping and more photos! Hopefully I’ll meet that elusive friend that’s waiting to meet me. I know you’re out there!

Tell me you bought something from the basement…. :D:D
Hey Jim, Graham here.
I figured you’d be heading over to Harajuku for the cosplayers and Yoyogi park for the Japanese greasers sometime soon. Hell, I’d be there in a heart beat, but unfortunately, I’m stuck here on another continent.
Just thought I’d let you know, we had my dad’s party yesterday for his 60th birthday and it was a complete success! The Cottage is nice, but the water is a little cold, so no tubing as of yet.
Keep having fun over in the Land of the Rising Sun!
-Graham-
@Em: Haven’t bought anything from the basements, but I have plenty of time to go back…
@Graham: Glad your Dad’s b-day was a success. Did you wish him a good one for me? He’s such a cool dude.
Wait until you guys see my next video.
Really enjoying your trips thru the streets etc, love the photos and comments. Looks amazing and sooo different, does anyone at your hotel speak any English so they can help you with plans, directions etc? We are busy getting ready for the wedding - colour of nail polish, booking hair appts, what to wear etc…not quite as exotic as your days, but lots of fun!! The weather is great, not quite as hot as it was…its 10:45 am and time to wake Nicole up….late teenage sleeper!! Have a great day!! Judy
